Resina UltraBase is the reliable choice for professional-grade floor coatings, offering durability, versatility, and ease of use.

1. Select the Right Speed: Choose the appropriate product speed for Resina UltraBase based on the air and slab temperature at the job site. Keep in mind that higher temperatures and humidity will accelerate working and cure times, while lower temperatures and humidity will extend them.
2. Pre-Mix Individually: Mechanically pre-mix Part A and Part B separately for 2 minutes to ensure consistency.
3. Combine and Mix: Mix Part A and Part B together at a ratio of 2A to 1B. Mechanically blend the components for an additional 2 minutes. Do not hand mix.
4. Mix Only What You Can Apply: Prepare only the amount of product you can mix, pour, squeegee, back roll, and broadcast within the working time provided. Refer to the roll times on page 1 of the product guide for specific application windows.
5. Broadcast Timing: Ensure you broadcast media within the specified window. If this time is missed, the broadcast media will not adhere to the base coat.

1. Mixing: After thoroughly mixing Parts A and B of Resina UltraBase, immediately pour a ribbon of the activated product onto the floor.
2. Squeegeeing: Using a squeegee, spread the material evenly across the surface at the desired thickness, working systematically across the width of the floor to ensure even coverage.
3. Rolling: Prepare your roller by removing any lint with tape. Use an 18-inch wide, 3/8-inch nap, non-shedding roller. While wearing spiked shoes, immediately back roll the freshly squeegeed area, working across the width of the floor.
4. Cross Rolling: After completing each section, cross roll in the opposite direction to ensure smooth, even application. Continue this process until the entire floor is evenly coated.
