8340 CrownPro Polyaspartic

8340 CrownPro Clear is a high-solids polyaspartic coating formulated for use as a clear protective topcoat. It delivers superior UV resistance, high gloss retention, and strong protection against abrasion and chemical exposure. Available in multiple kit sizes, it is engineered for demanding commercial and industrial flooring applications.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 2:1 ratio by volume in a clean container. Blend with a low-speed drill and paddle for 2–3 minutes, scraping sides and bottom to ensure uniformity. Do not over-mix or whip in air, and only prepare the amount that can be applied within the stated pot life.

Apply to properly prepared concrete or over epoxy base coats that are clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Spread evenly using a notched squeegee, then back roll with a shedless roller to achieve uniform coverage. Maintain a wet edge during application, and allow the coating to cure fully before exposing it to traffic or chemical spills.
