320 CrownShield Epoxy

CrownShield™ 320 is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy primer, coating, and mortar binder. Its low viscosity, low odor design makes it easy to apply by broadcast or trowel. Built for durability, it resists heavy traffic, forklifts, and chemical exposure in industrial and commercial settings. VOC compliant across North America, it delivers lasting performance.

Pre-mix Part A in its container with a slow-speed drill and Jiffy mixer for 1 minute until pigment is uniform. Pre-mix Part B for 30 seconds until fully homogeneous. Combine at a ratio of 2A:1B by volume in a clean 5-gallon bucket and mix for 2–3 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom to ensure complete blending. Do not mix more material than can be applied within 20 minutes at 75°F, as warmer temperatures will shorten pot life

Cut in edges with a 4" brush, keeping wet edges active for no more than 10 minutes. Pour a band of mixed material 6–8" wide and spread with an 8–12 or 15–20 mil notched squeegee, then back roll with an 18" x 3/8" nap roller while wearing spike shoes. Maintain a wet edge and always pour the next batch onto the previous wet edge for uniform coverage. Apply at recommended coverage rates: primer 200 sq. ft./gal, build coat 100 sq. ft./gal, and topcoat 160 sq. ft./gal
