120 CrownCrack Sealer

120 CrownCrack Sealer is designed as a moisture-insensitive, smooth epoxy paste adhesive for structural concrete crack repair. It provides strong adhesion, non-sag application, and cures fully in 24 hours for long-term performance. Packaged in 1.5-gallon and 15-gallon kits, coverage rates vary based on crack width and depth.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 2:1 ratio by volume in a clean container. Blend with a putty knife or drill with a Jiffy mixer for at least 1 minute until fully homogeneous. Do not mix more material than can be applied within 3–5 minutes at 75°F, as higher temperatures will shorten working time.

Clean and prepare cracks by cutting a minimum 1/4” deep vertical edge and removing dust or contaminants. Apply the mixed material into the crack or joint, slightly overfilling, and allow it to dry for 30 minutes to 7 hours depending on temperature. Once cured, grind the repair flush with the surrounding surface before applying coatings or overlays.
