8104 CrownSeal Polyurethane

8104 CrownSeal is a single-component, solvent-based ceramic clear coating designed for UV stability, abrasion resistance, and durability. It provides excellent resistance to impact, scratches, and wear, making it ideal for warehouses, clean rooms, retail, and institutional flooring. VOC compliant at <20 g/L, it offers coverage of 500–700 sq. ft. per gallon with a 7-day full cure time.

Stir the contents thoroughly with a stir stick before use to suspend all particles into solution. Pour material into a solvent-based pump sprayer for application. Warmer ambient and surface temperatures will reduce working time, so only prepare what can be applied immediately.

Spray a light coat using a solvent-based pump sprayer in front of a microfiber flat mop, spreading in a single direction at 2.3–3.2 mils wet film thickness. Maintain a wet edge, do not overwork the material, and avoid applying heavier than the recommended coverage rate. For a second coat, apply within 24 hours, perpendicular to the first application.
